Right now, Biaggi's is offering a Blue Marlin special that is most excellent. It's very mild and not at all fishy. Grilled and served with sauteed leeks (used as a type of topping on mine and it was amazing) and served with garlic mashed potatoes. Also comes with a tomato side (i think it's a balsamic vinegar on beefsteak type tomatoes, I hate tomatoes so I didn't eat these, hubby loved them though). Our waitress thought it would only be around maybe through the weekend, so if you are looking for something good, try to get out and try it. Really, really worth it. I'm not one to eat fish, but I ate about half of hubby's on Saturday and then my mom and I split it for lunch today.

That sounds really good. I've never had marlin, but I would imagine it's very similar to swordfish, which is my favorite fish. By the way, it really sucks that The Oyster Bar on Dupont closed.

Blue marlin has a nice texture. Very nice on the grill.

Exactly how they did it. Waitress asked for me and apparently the chef does a salt and pepper rub and throws it on the grill. I've had it twice in a week and I already want to go back!
