Bengals - Tank McNamara

Cincy - thought of you today. I am catching up on my online comics, and am on Aug. 11. Tank is taking a not-so-gentle poke at T.O. -- have you seen it?

Thats pretty funny sh**. I wish the guy the best and the Bengals the best, mostly because they are Cincy Fan's team, but man the odds that TO will be a good fit are pretty slim. In my view, having two massive egos at WR is very very likely to be a complete disaster. There's also a chance (very slim) that it will be the shot in the arm the Bengals need to become a consistent playoff team.

Chad is (arguably) past his prime, TO has massive baggage. Personally I dont like seeing TO in the AFC.

LOL... "concerned colts fan" is about as funny as a "confident Bengals fan."

Trust me, every colts fan knows what it's like to say, "just wait until next year."

They will put up some points this year, the biggest area they need to improve is the same as the colts, their Offensive Line. They have good runners, good receivers and a good QB, but without a good OL, they wont be able to put games away against good defenses.

I often said that the Colts and Bengals franchises have been somewhat mirrors of one another for several years. The Bengals were just a few years behind the colts. Picking up TO instead of younger talent verges on lunacy.

Oh heck with it... you will be less surprised if they suck this year than you will be if they go deep in the playoffs.

I'm thinkimg Carson Palmer might be past his prime too, but I guess we'll see.

Yeah, I'd say you're about right. I'm generally really excited about this year coming up. The D should be as good as last year. Special Teams has been upgraded with Pacman returning kicks. Heck, I just might take the Bengals D with my first pick in my other Fantasy League.
