Which brand? I love Tikka Masala, period. And Indian food in general.

I have no idea which brand, I have a hard time visually remembering asian Indian spellings and such (it's actually a real bitch at work).

I'm going to make this recipe in the next week or so... Maybe for the Mrs's birthday:

If you try it before I do, let me know.

Do you know a good naan recipe? We've tried several, and the results are good, but they are not the gloriously thin, soft and tasty garlic naan like Taj Mahal.

k... the brand was "Seeds of Change"... and it was certainly tasty, but I made this one Saturday night:

Flipping awesome, except a tiny bit salty. I also carefully cut the membranes from the Jalapeno, given the other spicy stuff I was putting in. I initially thought the skewers of chicken on the grill was odd and unnecessary, but after I tried it in a grill basket, I quickly realized that the texture was the goal here. I quickly skewered the suckers and was off and running with the sauce. The sauce was delightfully orange and creamy.

Oh... I did sour cream instead of yogurt because I didnt want to drive across town to a real grocery. George's international grocery didnt have it. Which should not be shocking since they are only there to fleece mexicans.

Anyway, an absolute keeper, looking forward to making it again with a third the salt or less.

I hope you wore some rubber gloves while doing so. It only takes one mistake and you'll never mess with the seeds/membranes of hot peppers with bare fingers again.

I have gained enough (ahem) "experience" to know this. My daughter got a kick out of it actually. My wife was miserable once for hours...

Yes, one miserable time I was cutting jalapenos. I must have rubbed or wiped my eye, which was almost immediately followed by stinging pain. After I finished cutting the peppers, I washed my hands and cleaned up the kitchen. Then I went and took a leak. After that my eyes were burning, which by now moved through my sinus cavities and into my nose, and my junk was buring. I guess that's probably how Charlie Sheen feels evey day.
