Sounds like he 'might' be back as a "very special guest star" on occasion, but for the most part, he's gone. First several years, it was Must See TV for me, but now if I miss it, it's like "Oh well..."

By the way: SPOILER ALERT about the status of Gary Dourdan's character (Warrick). Read at your own risk.

I think this show is amazing. I get confuzzled with the show times, so I miss the new ones and end up watching repeats.
At times if I am just in a TV watching mode, I will watch it.

I think I already know what will happen to Warrick.

I have seen everyshow whether during the season or in a rerun. I did not like the Sara/Grissom deal, seemed fake. Was not sad to see her go, will not be sad to see Warick go (I think with his drug thing, that is a given) but Grissom is the glue, he goes, I think the show goes. Like taking Mark Harmon outta NCIS or David Curaso (SP) outta CSI Miami, kills those shows.

Sara kinda grew on me. Overall I think CSI is an excellent show.
I've never watched NCIS.
Take David Caruso out of any show and it would be enough incentive for me to watch it...
Like when he left NYPD, I watched a bit of it.
I can't bring myself to watch CSI Miami, nor the New York one.

I actually kind of like CSI Miami better than the original, but have never gotten in to the NY version. Can't wait for CSI: Ft. Wayne... Laughing

It should start with Major Frank Burns gone missing.
This way it is a M.A.S.H meets CSI story line.

I like CSI.. but never watch it anymore... Miami is good because Cali is hot... assuming she's still on it? NY is ok, but doesn't do much for me. I'll always view Gary Sinise as Lt Dan though.. I like him as an actor.. but he'll always be "Lt Dan!"
