What are you having for Thanksgiving dinner?
We still haven't decided yet..... and we have 11 family members descending. We've always grilled a beef roast in the past as turkey takes too friggin' long, but we might be reverting to turkey due to the # of people coming.

Re: What are you having for Thanksgiving dinner?
My family is doing Lasagna this year. There's gonna be about 20 of us at my sister's house, and since a lot of us are already doing turkey at our other extended family's herdings, they decided to something a little different. I don't really mind as I haven't had lasagna in awhile and it will be a nice change of pace. Main thing is just getting together with the family and trying to enjoy one another's company.

Both of the kids will be out of town, so we are only having my pops over. We will be enjoying a small turkey and all the other traditional dishes at home. Last year we did the Guest House buffet and I ate waaay too much

Re: What are you having for Thanksgiving dinner?
I made a turkey breast last night and it turned out awesome. I did not baste the turkey this time with the traditional method, I "sprayed" oil on the outside with one of those Pampered Chef sprayers. Also, defying the packaged instructions, I roasted it breast side down.
I don't think I'm making a turkey for Thanksgiving. We will probably have a spiral cut ham, but that's up to the MIL.
