Perfect Portion Planner thingy
The portion planner removes the guesswork by suggesting how much to cook, depending on who's coming for dinner, and ways to measure it.

Oh great, now I'll have to double every amt that they come up with. You think I actually eat the correct portion?

454 grams = 1 lb or 16 oz.
Seems like a good site, I'll have to check it out later.

If you eat all the food on your plate you can have a second "helping".

My wife had an idea for a "fast" food restaurant she told me about (years ago). She thought she would call it "No Choices". Specializing in healthy menu items in the correct portions. (like Jenny Craig) I kinda thought it was one of the worst names for a restaurant from a marketing perspective. She thought people who know if they go to Pizza H*t and get the buffet they'll eat 3x more than usual so if they start out with the intention of eating healthy, they will.
I'm hungry now.
