Fantasy Football update
ok... was hoping someone would pick up the baton and post an update for the season, but I guess that's too much to ask from all you mucks...
Anyway, great season so far, beginning my playoff push...
Pez (4-6) vs Razors (5-4-1)
The old man gets a chance to teach his son a thing or two about football. I dont Like frosty's chances in this one, as the Mighty Pezheads are on a roll, winning one straight. With 27 points in the barn already, I see a tough test for the Lady Bics.
Savage Oatmeal (4-6) vs Markwes (6-4)
Big time standings implications here as the oatmeal counts on the arm of Romo and the 3 TD poerformance of Ricky (where'd you hide my bong) Williams. This game seems like it will be decided on the legs of LT...
No Monkey Mascot (5-5) vs Frayed Endz (6-4)
22 points on the board already for the No Monkeys. I think Anquan boldin is the key to the Endz' lineup here, with a good matchup against the horrific St Louis secondary. And, after an extensive and bizarre bit of finger strain from googling, I found that indeed there is a monkey mascot. The Hartlepool, UK football (soccer to everyone but canuck) team's mascot is indeed a monkey named "H'Angus". He was once thrownn out of a game for simulating a sex act on a female steward, and there was another incident with a blow up doll. The Hartelpool townfolks find the cute, fuzzy and salicious H'Angus so amusing they decided to elect them as their mayor. I wish I was making this up.

Steel Curtain (6-4) vs Jersey Girl (5-5)
In a matching that lives or dies on the performance of the Steelers (7 Pit players between them), the other parent child rivalry is shaping up to be a one sided contest, whoever has the most steelers players wins... We will at least know by 4:00 Sunday.
SomeDys (5-5) vs Crazy Canuck (4-6)
Ahhh... Fantasy football. I'm really surprised from these two that they dont have 6-7 players on by week between them. In what should clearly be called "I will see your apathy and raise you my inattention," it looks Like Apathy wins on the strength of Jurt Warner and Devin Hester.
Pork 'n Beans vs Scooby's Dog Pound.
Who knew that one of the doiminant teams from last year would be bringing up the rear this year. And Scooby, always a good match, is at the top of the league. I mentioned earlier that there were only two parent-child matchups this season, both occuring the same week, however I smell an upset here... a trap game, a game in which the Pork 'n Beans can walk away from, yelling back at the scoobinator: "Who's your daddy now, bitch?"
Good luck everyone, and remember it's nearly playoff time...

Thanks Pez...
I could have taken the initiative, however nothing would have made sense...lol.
I am still trying to make sense of what the stats mean...
I have a long way to go.

Re: Fantasy Football update
I am glad I did get into it, it's been good trying to learn some of it.
Not at all...I used that because I am not very sports inclined.

Thanks Markwes, it's actually kinda fun, I found myself today checking my team to make sure I have no injured players or anything like that.
