vegetable recipe to go with roasted chicken?

A combination of potatoes, carrots, onions and celery,
Put them in a roasting pan lightly coat lightly with
olive oil and seasonings onion powder, garlic powder,
salt & pepper and let bake with the chicken or separate.
Yum!
Or oven roast winter squash butternut or buttercup the same
way, coat with a little olive oil, salt & pepper.
