Government Sues Trucking Company

Citing a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Obama administration is suing a trucking company for taking the keys away from an Arkansas driver and eventually firing him after he admitted he was battling alcohol abuse.

Hooray for the company for taking him off the road, there's enough drunks out there driving!

The company acts responsibly and the Obama administration just can't have that. Wonder how much the transportation department would have fined the company if the guy got a DUI while driving a semi with the company having knowledge of his alcohol problem?
