Patterson's lawyer told The Smoking Gun that a "design problem" caused a decorative metallic piece on the underwear to fly up and hit Patterson in the eye while she was putting the underwear on.
Thongs weren't meant to be worn on you head.

I was in a Victoria's Secret once when the clerk asked if she could help me. I said, "No thanks. I'm just sniffing."

There is also another case against Victoria Secret, that one involves a bra injury. I agree, I think that both cases are BS!!
