New report out today about the epidemic that is Diabetes. I've been diagnosed with it now for a little over a year, and doing well. I check my sugar levels 3-4 times a day to help keep it in check.

I know I've said it before, but if you haven't been checked recently...do so, especially if you have a family history. You're worth it. I'm fortunate that I caught mine at an early stage.
