Obama and public funds

I agree. There are a lot of faith-based organizations that do great work for public welfare. It would be a shame to lose that.

I agree and I like his stance that you can't hire and fire based upon religious beliefs in the sector of your charity that accepts Federal Funds. I also agree that TONS of religious groups do tremendous work in communities, from food banks to assisting with family planning and counseling.

Obama did this in Chicago as part of his efforts against crime... and he even mentioned doing something like this on his website.

no fear...he hasnt lost my full support. i dont have a problem with how he lays it out. i dont expect to agree with his every act or opinion or decision. i do expect him to win and govern us in a rational manner, which is something we have lacked for an awful long time. bushco is a megalmaniacal culmination of the worst.
