Re: FL Primary
Alright ... I beg to differ! lol
As long as Obama surrounds himself with quality individuals I think his soft spoken methodical way of thinking will benefit us Post-Bush.

Re: FL Primary
i will be peeved if they change their minds abut counting florida and michigan..how pathetic to change the rules midseason. he didnt think it was important enough to keep the dates he had before the big change was made--which is the reason they dont count. i wonder if its being tossed about as a possible deal breaker if clinton does well tomorrow?

Re: FL Primary
Its almost like something fishy is going on
I don't want to see another election again where the losing side does something that seems fishy to win the election like Bush and company 2 times
That was a rotton egg somewhere in denmark usa

Re: FL Primary
unless its a win for hillary if they do allow them a revote, she will pull something. if she isnt the nominee i look for her to announce she just cant be part of a party that refused to allow fl and mich original votes to count (no matter obama wasnt even on the ballot in mich) she will run as an independant. unfortunately that would insure mccain his spot.
just like her sudden interest supposedly in saying there is a good possibility of both on one ticket--IF she is the prez cause ohio said she should be after all. i think she is a baiter..hoping he will say right back at ya girl...but he is only saying its premature to discuss...he isnt as desperate as she is!

Re: FL Primary
I think the DNC should take some delegates away from Hillary for even putting her name On the ballot in states that had violated DNC policy... In another month, Hillary will be at a point where she will have to win all remaining states and she'll pull out. This talk about having obama on the ticket is complete gamesmanship... She is trying to get people off the fence to her side by saying that Clinton - Obama is better than John McCain...
Funny thing is that with all her 'experiences' she is still going to lose.

Interesting slant on that Pez
Re: FL Primary
the experience angle isnt panning out well for her..a few statements from those who were involved have spoken on the net and said she didnt do what she claims, altho she may have been present at some functions. and obama is on it. asking what experience she has in dealing with decisionmaking during national/international crisis etc. no answers from her. just keeps yelling experience!

Another tidbit: http://thepage.time.com/details-of-a-possible-delegate-plan-under-discussion/
Details of a possible delegate plan under discussion:
–Michigan’s 156 delegates would be split 50-50 between Clinton and Obama.
–Florida’s existing delegates would be seated at the Denver convention—but with half a vote each. That would give Clinton a net gain of about 19 elected delegates.
– The two states’ superdelegates would then be able to vote in Denver, likely netting Clinton a few more delegates.
The betting: Florida and Michigan delegates, the DNC, and the Clinton campaign would all — some reluctantly– accept this deal.
Then it would be over to you, Barack Obama.
Bye, bye, Billery

Re: FL Primary
Hillary can't win at this point unless she literally kills every Obama supporter in the states still to vote. At this point all she is doing is dividing the Democratic Party.. so keep going Hillary! If she does kill everyone and end up winning, she'll lose the black vote, and the educated vote (who are going for Obama). So she'll have the middle class that don't understand how bad her policies really are.
McCain is actually getting more appealing to me from a financial aspect. He won't raise taxes, and he admits when he is in over his head in that regard, which is a good thing.
Plus he might have Joe Lieberman as his secretary of state, which means he'll have Joementum (Bob and Tom reference)

Re: FL Primary
rush expressed himself on tv as an imus guest right about the time obama announced he was running. said about 3 times....dont ya get it folks? hes black!!
to me rush is the national enquirer of tv news.
i am wondering why nobody in the news is asking if hillary is still considering suing the state of texas..since she got their popular vote..she made a big fuss shortly before they held their primary and caucuses. i think we need an on-the-news reminder she will only sue places she loses in!
