Attention Colts Fans!!!
If you have a sick feeling in your stomach on this Monday morning, or maybe a tear in your eye, you're not alone. I know, I know, you're not used to feeling this way this early in the season, but I have the perfect remedy for you...
Look around your desk for a Kleenex, or go to the bathroom and get one...and then blow your nose. Take it from someone who has a lot of experience with these kinds of things. It works!
If you still have watering eyes, it could very well be Hay Fever, at which point I suggest a Dimetapp or a little prayer for an early frost!

I think last years Defense was an anomaly, but having Bob Sanders out makes their defense entirely different as well. I look at the Colts this way, they are spotting everyone else 2 games now, Peyton has had 3 games to get into shape instead of playing the pre-season, they are on the bye this week, when they come back in week 5 we'll see who the Colts really are.
For better, or worse.

I went down there for the game. Happy to see Saturday back. It's gonna be a guessing game for the wild card spot if things stay this way. Thanks for the tip.

Exactly. And that's the thing about the Colts compared to the Bengals. The Colts will get better as the season progresses. All the Bengals can do is pray that games are competitive like they did against the Giants yesterday.

Pretty much anyone is better than the poor Texans......... They looked anemic yesterday. Their defense did well the second half, but offense couldn't do a d@mn thing.

In Fantasy Football, I started Matt Schaub hoping he would shine... F'er was projected to score 8 pts. (in FF) but ended up costing me -2 !!
I'll be looking to drop kick him into oblivion soon...

Re: Attention Colts Fans!!!
Overall, I don't think the defense is to blame so far this season. Granted, yesterday they looked like they were trying to tackle with boxing gloves on their hands, but they have done ok so far with what they have been dealt. Most notably, keeping the opposing team out of the end zone, forcing field goals. 7 pts yesterday were off an interception return, 7 pts against the Bears was a fumble return. I blame overall lack of execution of the offense. The Colts are a team based on offense, needing a defense to help them out a little. When the offense doesn't hang 30 pts on the board there's going to be trouble.

There you go, use the old Lou Holtz method. I have been doing that this year with the Buckeyes.
