I hear it will be ready by the time the Digital Signal goes live. I heard they are upgrading their tower and broadcasting equipment and IMHO, sounds like they planned to budget, and not to spend the money early for dual-broadcast. They timed it so that they would have the "digital" upgrade ready in time for the switchover.

Uh, I've had Fox HD at my house since before last year's Superbowl. I have Verizon Fios TV.

Have you actually ever listened to him? Not that I do on a regular basis, but "extremist rr" he is not. Not even close to the Rush/Hannity mold IMO.

I actually met Beck a few years ago when he broadcast from the bowling alley at Indiana Tech. He seemed pretty nice in person. The stuff he said in his episode I actually agreed with, although he's since turned more to the right and less libertarian since then.

Extremist RR could also mean the attitude he displays during his broadcast. Couple this with the "quality" of his writing/speaking. He maintains a certain 'standard mark' of journalists with lower ethical standards for reporting. I can't stand to read, or listen to him. It's almost a programmed response... every time he uses the word "Fact" I change the channel.

He's just another talking head.

Yeah, but is that the local affiliate's signal or the national Fox feed? What I was referring to is the terrestrial digital signal broadcast, not satellite, or cable.

Honestly, I have no idea. When I first got Verizon TV, all of the locals had HD except Fox. A week before the Superbowl last year Fox was available in HD, as it still is now.

i have listened to him often. and altho he doesnt come out and scream the world would be a better place if all were rr and espoused his "family values" the sky would not fall, ala ann coulter, he is indeed rr based on what i have seen of him on cnn. i never listened to his radio program. he isnt as loony as rush or hannity but is definately out to make almost all his appearances about how all is right with the world for those who are rr/born again-esque...or claim to be while on his show (alot of celebs' publicity doesnt bear it out..but hey its what you say NOT how you live in rr land)! and yes loyal neocon.

The TV program blows in comparison to the radio show, in my opinion.
