With friends like Pakistan

So it came out that Pakistan is indirectly (but still very much actively) supporting the Taliban. We give Pakistan more than a billion dollars a year. Does anyone else thing it's just a matter of time until Israel goes apeshit over there?

I don't think Israel is worried about Pakistan. Not sure what they will do against Iran. Iran is just crazy enough to think they could win which is why I believe Israel hasn't attacked.

I bet the chances are better than 50/50 that Israel will move against Iran before Christmas 2011... With Iran deployed the new attack drones and attack boats...

The drone is probably most worrisome for Israel. Though their range is not such that they can reach Israel from Iran, they could reach from Syria or Jordan... Iran is facing sanctions and is going to be needing some cash. I doubt very seriously that Iran would blink twice about arming it's neighbors against Israel.
