LOST (....)

Alright. Anyone else a LOST fan? Last season was pretty mediocre, but this season has been kickin' arse.

Don't mind the (....). I guess the board won't let you have a subject less than 10 characters. *shrug*

yeah, I got nipped by the character restriction also........... that's why the title of a topic I started was Book Forum rather than just Books as I had originally typed.

In any case, yes, I love Lost. I started watching real time last season, and caught up via DVD right before that. Sayid is probably my favorite character.

No spoilers from tonight, though, please. Haven't watched it yet.

It's most definitely been a good season so far. Ben is probably my favorite.

Nope, I never watched Lost. I heard lots of people talking about it at work though.

Go rent the first season and see what you think. It hooked me right away.

I got hooked at the beginning too. Then I got tired of trying to figure out what was going on all the time. I needed closure!! That plus Wednesdays are not good for me for TV viewing.

I sort of like the long story arc. It's nice to know that if they're foreshadowing something now, they've probably planned for a solution sometime in the future. I still want to know why a polar bear was on the island!

Definately enjoy the show, watched the first season then dropped. I got caught back up watching it on ABC.com. Sawyer got to be my favorite (hey he is doing Kate).

Ben won't get capped. He's too integral to the story line.

We TiVo the shows and always watch them back before the next episode. You would be surprised what you miss the first time thru.

I am not sure it helps explain everything, but I certainly have picked up on dropped hints and vague foreshadowings

The recent versions of reruns featuring explanatory captions have been interesting, also. For example, I didn't remember that the car Hurley was driving in last night's flash forward was the one he had worked on with his dad before he abandoned his family.

Well, now you know why he's working for Ben after this week's episode. However, from the smirk on Ben's face, I'm guessing Ben was responsible for Sayid's wife's death.

That was my guess as well (about Ben being responsible). What's the relationship between Ben and Penny's dad? My guess is Desmond will have some sort of role there, like he'll jump time again or something.
