chili today [extended title]

2lb ground beef
2 chili seasoning packets
2 t. curry (rounded t.)
4oz can tomato paste
2 beers (le champagne)
2 15oz cans black beans
1/4 c. dried minced onions

brown ground beef, add spices, stir. add 1 beer, boil. add tom. paste, stir. add dried onions and 1 beer, boil. add beans, boil, then reduce heat. simmer a while.

I liquified some in blender for coney sauce and adding cheese made a decent chip dip

The wifey made some Friday...don't know what all she put in it but it was grub. I should finish it up tomorrow for lunch.

there must be something in the air b/c I just made chili last night. It's that "Texas Chili" that comes in a light brown box.
