Wha'cha eatin' today?
I suggest we have another marathon thread like pet-peeves and totally pointless...
I'm having leftover chicken curry with Basmati rice for lunch. It's good.

Hubby and I went to Biaggi's for lunch. Split the Holland Sole (has shrimp and lobster cream sauce on top) with asparagus. Dessert was White Chocolate Bread Pudding. Yum!

We had a pork roast in the fridge, it said on the package, "sell by 11/29". We made it last night, and it had the funk... had to toss it out and eat frozen burritos. I was bummed, but not as much as my wife.

Ooooh, nice... If I am 'making a dinner' of frozen burritos, I bake them... about 30 mins in a 375 oven, then cover them with cheese for the last few mins. Amazing how much better they are then when you nuke them.

Same goes with egg rolls minus the cheese of course. Kills me that they say microwavable but they neglect to mention if you do they will be soggy and mushy. A crispy crust is always worth the wait.

Grilled Ham and Provelone with Brown Deli Mustard on multigrain. Macaroni salad. And Dr. Pepper. Was good, but next time I'll get the ham shaved super thin.

Just be sure to add some Lawry's Seasoning Salt and I'm sure it'll be just fine...Canuck wrote:Cincy Fan 44 wrote:Chicken Quesadilla Lean Pockets.
