White Castle sued over booth size

Maybe a little less hamburgers a little more salads.... Personally I have never eaten in a white castle, perfect size for munching on the go.

The last I knew, restaurants weren't required to provide ANY kind of seating. At any rate, 6 foot and 290 pounds is large, but, eh, not that big. The guy is looking to make some free money.

It's interesting to note that the airline industry typically goes the other direction and makes fliers pay for 2 seats if they are large.
