New Jobs Bill

Yes to 1 & 2 no to 3 & 4 of the idea's listed. And use the money left over in the stimulus bill already passed that isn't creating jobs but for feel good items.

Among the ideas Obama has already proposed to generate jobs and will promote:
_New spending for highway and bridge construction.
_Tax cuts for small businesses that increase their payrolls.
_Money to retrofit millions of homes to be more energy-efficient and create "green" jobs.
_Funds to help state and local governments avert layoffs of public-sector employees.

The 8K credit for home purchases isn't working, construction jobs are still not there. The retrofit won't do much either.
State and Local governments are bloated, they need to cut back.

You're still not getting it Obama, federal, state, and local gov't spends too much.
