Palin on SNL 10-18-08

I watched SNL last night because the wife wanted to see Palin. She was disappointed at the length of time Palin got on the show.

I thought it was a very well done show. It was also unusually NOT funny. Many of the skits seem to poke satirical cynical humor at the McCain-Palin comedy issues.

Did anyone else notice this? At one point I said "It seems they're trying intentionally to NOT be funny, and every skit is aimed at showing how some facet of Palin is NOT funny."

I missed it. I planned to watch but ended up falling asleep before it came on. Sucks to get old!

I missed the opening by about 10 minutes. I was on my way home from North Manchester and there was a HUGE accident at the corner of Homestead Rd and Rt. 24 and I did not get home in time and then like VIS said I fell asleep. Getting old is a bitch.
