I watched part of the opening ceremony for the London Olympics last night (spectacular fireworks!). The American team uniforms were about the ugliest ones I saw - really, Ralph Lauren -BERETS? What are we - French wannabes?

I really didn't mind them. The political fury over them being made in china was BS. The olympics are privately funded so if a corporation wants to design and donate uniforms made anywhere, I support that corporation for doing so. I wonder where the clothes all those politicians were wearing when critizing Ralph Lauren were made at?
