Kroman wrote:Dude. You're a fish. You are right that there is no single individual that is a tax deductible 503c. So in other words, I don't deduct donations I give to individuals which is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the IRS. As I've said earlier, I don't give to get a tax deduction. Any other assumptions you want to make? Talk about weak crap.

Back to your socialist arguement, or feeble reasoning. I choose who I decide to give my money to. That's my choice and my decision. The government has no involvement with it. When the government wishes to take that right away from me then it's called socialism.

As far as the truth goes......YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!

You started this Thread by assuming you had more itemized deductions on your 1040 than I did... Now you are high on not giving to get a deduction?? Which is it?

The fact that you have to call me a name every post is pretty telling. I don't know why I put up with this sh**

Well boo hoo then. At least bman has thick skin I'll give him credit for that. All you need to know is I give in accordance with the IRS rules and regulations. There are rules for deducting contributions to individuals and rules for deducting to organizations. Read into that what you want. You libs are the ones who opened the can of worms in this thread by attempting to compare conservatives to socialists when it comes to giving.

I call BULLSHIT Kroman ... you threw the gauntlet down and bragged about your giving vs. Pez's giving. Kroman must you be a typical right wing arse ... try something new.
I didn't brag about my giving. If I did brag, can you tell me how much I claimed in charitable deductions last year? Nope you can't and if I were bragging you would know that.

Whatever ... you stated that you would put your contributions up against Pez's contribution ... you are such a bitter bitter loser. Pez owned you in this argument ..

OWNED!!!!
You're right bman. Pez owned me. He owned me so much you had to jump in and defend him. Bottom line, if Pez doesn't make the conservatives to socialists comparison in regards to giving then there is no discussion. I think we all can agree that we are giving back to the community whether through time, talents, or giving then society overall is better off. Wouldn't you agree bman?

Dude... I made no such comparison at all... I just said that conservatives decided to call taxes "socialism" in order to undermine the candidate Obama and continue to do it to president Obama... If spreading the wealth is socialsm, than charitable giving is socialism (which I cant seem to get you to understand, and I know you are smarter than you are letting on).

Anyone who calls Obama's policies Socialist doesn't understand socialism. I'm trying to expose the fact that someone describing Obama as socialist is like holding up a sign saying "I'm a simple minded fool"

Kroman, I have a thick skin, I just don't care to be insulted. Be more creative and you can do it in a back handed way and I will admire your cleverness... While some might consider it juvenile to call people names, it's acceptable as long as the person doing it realizes that they might be regarded as a crybaby tool by others.

I think your dizziness is caused by too many visits to left-wing blogs trying to find another reason to bash Christians.

no need to go to any left wing blogs to get ammo to state facts about extreme right wing christians. but i keep in mind your definition of a left wing blog is any blog that doesnt whole heartedly endorse legislation of your particular religious beliefs' version of sin. problem being..not all religious institutions have the same beliefs as yours does. so if a neoconservative governing body legislated according to your religious beliefs, it would be voted out as wrong thinking gone awry by those other religious bodies in disagreement. wouldnt even matter if no athiests voted either way. christianity as a whole is its own biggest enemy.

Let's see I've gone back and read my posts. I've called you a liberal, a fish, a dude, and a developer Hard to see anything that could be deemed insulting. Bman has the block covered on that.

You can't compare an individual's choice to donate his/her money to whoever person or whatever organization they choose to a government that takes an individual's money and wants to spread it around. That's why I ain't buying your case.
